2.1 Pricing & Taxes

· All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

· Prices are exclusive of GST unless specified, and applicable GST will be charged and reflected on the invoice.

· Registered businesses may claim GST input credit where applicable.

· Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, labor rates, or exchange rates.

2.2 Payment Terms

· Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· Accepted payment modes:

o Bank Transfer

o UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

o Credit/Debit Cards

o PayPal (for overseas buyers)

· For overseas buyers, all bank charges or currency conversion fees must be borne by the buyer.

· Orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment is incomplete or delayed.

2.3 Customisations

We offer B2B buyers the ability to customise:

· Sizing (adult, kids, plus-size, or specific measurements)

· Colors and trims

· Embroidery styles and placements

· Packaging (bulk, boutique-ready, or individual gift wraps)

Customisation conditions:

· All requests must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

· Once approved, specifications are final and binding.

· Complex or large-scale customisations may extend production timelines.

2.4 Confidentiality

Ekanta respects your business confidentiality. We will not disclose:

· Your order volumes

· Special design specifications

· Pricing arrangements

Similarly, the buyer must not disclose Ekanta’s proprietary information, pricing structures, or supplier details without written consent.

2.5 Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, and other creative content on our website or marketing materials are intellectual property of Ekanta.

· Buyers may use product images and descriptions only for resale purposes of genuine Ekanta products purchased through us.

· Alteration, reproduction, or sale of designs under a different brand without permission is prohibited.
